Selling a home is a major event in one's life and to want to sell a home during Covid19 times requires even more professional craft than ever! We first met Andrew touring Open Houses in and around the St. Francis Wood, Westwood Highlands and Miraloma area. His houses were always the MOST beautifully presented and he was always at the front door to greet every visitor, answer questions and always struck us as extremely gracious. While we didn't end up buying one of his listings (though we were close one time!), because of our past interactions with him as potential customers, he was the first realtor we thought of when we decided it was time to sell our beloved family home.
From start to finish, Andrew made the entire process stress-free. Whether it was introducing us to designers who could help make our home shine with beautiful staging, the amazing marketing materials he pulls together like the watercolor painting or if you're lucky, the cover of the SF Examiner (!) to his constant communication and knowledge about the process and our neighborhood - we never once felt the anxiety that comes with selling a home.
Now one important thing I left out: we are the crazy people who decided to sell our home during a pandemic, as in: where you can't have Open Houses, and can only have two people per showing. Despite that, we had 50 (maybe more!) showings in a week's time, resulting in 10 offers - every single one over asking. The outcome Andrew got us was literally beyond our biggest hopes. He knocked it out of the park!
If you live in the area (West of Twin Peaks), I have no idea why you would choose another realtor to list with or find your new home. He is not only an amazing realtor, but he's a genuine joy to work with and an extremely kind person. We are only sorry that we can't work with him up North to find our next home.

He listened to us and made very well thought out suggestions regarding strategy, timing, pricing etc. We never felt pressured. Once we decided to sign with him he took over all of the logistics and every aspect of the sale. He and his assistant, stagers and others worked seamlessly to get our house ready for sale.
